Rules and Regulations:

  1. If you are unable to register online, you can register for this event at PMS office at Destination Center (by collecting and submitting a hardcopy).
  2. For any changes to Date, Time or Venue, you will be communicated through SMS sent to your mentioned mobile
  3. During the race, participants will need to pass-by a check point (that will be specified just before start of race) and collect a paper token from there; participant will need to submit this token at end of the race.
  4. Kids below 9 years will have a special run of 1 lap within the school ground.
  5. If number of participants in any of the above groups are less than 10, there will be 2 prizes (Winner & 1st runner up); for other cases there will be 3 prizes (Winner, 1st Runner up & 2nd runner up)
  6. Participants are requested to take appropriate safety measures during the race to maintain own and others’ safety. Magarpatta City Foundation will not be responsible for any injuries that may incur during the event
  7. Decision of the sports committee officials will be final & binding.
  8. As necessary, further communication may be done through SMSs.
