Sub :- External cleaning and washing of building

 

The External Building Cleaning Schedule is as follows:
Time Schedule: – 9.00 am to 6.00pm

 PRECAUTIONS : 

  1. Sliding doors & windows to be closed at scheduled time.
  2. Avoid keeping anything and drying of clothes in balcony during the schedule. 

Balcony / Terraces where Pigeon Nets are fixed –

Please note that it is not possible to remove cobwebs from balconies / terraces where pigeon nets are fixed. But if requested and required by resident to get it cleaned on your own risk (for damages etc.), below mentioned instructions to be followed –

  • Access to balcony to be given from inside your flat requiring your presence and monitoring
  • Contact vendor supervisor Mr. Sudhir Kadam on 8459339395 during your building schedule between 9.30am to 5.00pm. No request shall be accepted on later dates once your building cleaning schedule is completed.
