All the residents are requested to contact PMS office, Destination center for registration. Please read all rules & regulations carefully and fill up forms with color passport size photograph and Magarpatta ID proof copy. No entry will be entertained after due date.
*Forms will be available from 20th July to 8th Aug. 2015
Please Note:
- Audition time duration will be for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Song as well as the participant cannot be changed in the Final Program.
- Auditions are compulsory for participation except drawing.
- Item Songs are not allowed.
- For Surili Shaam (Orchestra) pls. contact PMS Office.
- Form Submission time is between 9 AM – 5 PM at PMS office, Lunch time – 1pm to 2pm.
- Stalls for exhibition cum sale, please contact PMS office. NO FOOD STALLS
- Grooming for Fashion show will be done after Auditions.

- Age of the participants will be considered as on 1st August 2015.
- Spot entries will not be allowed; Last date of form submission is on 8th August 2015.
